Reut Rabuah

Artist, creates ceramics objects in hand-building techniques and molds, which bear the nature of the work processes and properties of the material. By that, the boundary between a useful object and a sculptural object is blurred. Her work shows sharp edges, visible seam lines, surfaces uncovered and textures. She creates thin porcelain surfaces that give transparency and gentleness to the objects along with coarse material that gives an initial and raw appearance. This combination represents the tension and aesthetics that characterize her works.
